How to book rooms for nightstay?
To start the process of Booking; please fill up the “Nightstay Enquiry” form. Available on this website. We will reply to your enquiry soon with details of availability and other terms and conditions. After you check these details and give us your confirmation, we will send you details to make payment. After your payment, you will receive a PDF copy of the Booking Slip in your email.
How to book for day visit?
To start the process of Booking; please fill up the “Day-visit Enquiry” form. Available on this website. We will reply to your enquiry soon with details of availability and other terms and conditions. After you check these details and give us your confirmation, we will send you details to make payment. After your payment, you will receive a PDF copy of the Booking Slip in your email.
How to cancel a booking?
You have to email us at booking@bonobithiresort.com mentioning the Booking Slip ID and details of your Booking. The Booking Slip ID will be mentioned on the Booking Slip you will receive from us.
NOTE: Cancellation charges will be applicable.
Cancellation:
[1] Full pre-payment for accommodation on all bookings is compulsory.
[2] Cancellation request received 7 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 90% on the total billed amount.
[3] Cancellation request received 3-6 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 75% on the total billed amount.
[4] Cancellation received 1-2 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 50% on the total billed amount.
[5] Cancellation received 24 hours prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be allowed.
[6] During the stay or on arrival, if part cancellations are requested, NO REFUND will be allowed.
How to order food?
The Booking Slip you will receive from us will have the phone number where you can place the food order. All food is supplied from our own kitchen. We can only provide food to guests who have confirmed bookings with us.
NOTE: Food order for lunch has be to placed 24 hours before visit. Remaining orders are taken after arrival.
Parking & Driver's room?
Parking is free. For Driver’s accommodation inform our Manager after your booking is complete and he will make necessary arrangements. Driver’s accommodation charges can be paid on arrival.
Road direction to Bonobithi?
Our resort is near Ghatakpukur. Around 30 kms from Science City crossing.
Do not worry. When you receive the Booking slip from us you will also receive the “Directions to the resort”.
Is Pre-Booking mandatory?
Yes. You have to pre-book to visit Bonobithi.
